OK... but...
WALLET can't be effective without HEART. It can't even come to EXISTENCE.
There a Russian saying: lets separate flies and chops, meaning lets study different things separately. To my mind the saying is mistaken: the chops and flies can be properly assessed only in the state "as it is". That means the three flies in the room is negligible. The three flies in the chop is a disaster and there's no use to "separate" anything from anything. The chop is lost.

The wallet is to be filled by the means of work. No heart is needed - initiative, interest and fair effort only. Sometimes quite good existence may come after that. And maybe it is even better not to involve the heart in the work - just to avoid disappointments.
